Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also want a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please email enquiries@hydro-cleansing.com. If we accept your return, we'll email you a return mailing label as well as information on how and where to send your box. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will be refused.

Problems and damages
Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us promptly if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can investigate the problem and make it right.


Non-returnable products and exceptions
Certain things, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), bespoke products (such as customised orders or personalised items), and personal care goods, cannot be returned (such as beauty products). We also do not take dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases as returns. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding your particular item.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest approach to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a second purchase for the replacement item after the return is accepted.


Refunds
We will tell you after we have received and reviewed your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If you are authorised, your original payment method will be automatically reimbursed. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
